The Papakōlea Community Development Corporation (PCDC), in partnership with various partners, coordinates and delivers Community Capacity Building Workshops and other activities, that aim to increase awareness, increase knowledge, and increase access to resources, for the Hawaiian homestead residents of Papakōlea, Kewalo, and Kalāwahine.
