Partners in Development’s Tutu and Me program has been in Papakolea since February 2004.  Classes are held in the community center on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30am to 10:30am.  On Mondays at 8:00am, the program provides interactive play on the yellow “”Tumble Bus” parked adjacent to the community center.
