EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR, B. PUNI KEKAUOHA is a visionary leader who has devoted
the last decade to service in her community, the Hawaiian Homestead
of Papakōlea. Ms. Kekauoha is also a founder and Director of Ke
Alaula, a statewide community-based organization devoted to the
advocacy of Native Hawaiian Health and Wellness concerns. She
currently serves as the President of Papakōlea Community Association
and has been successful in rallying friends and families to assist
in community development events. |

OPERATIONS MANAGER, J. ALOHA KAIKAINA is a native Hawaiian and graduate of the Kamehameha Schools, class of 1991. Her role at the Papakolea Community Development Corporation ranges from program scheduling to facility maintenance issues concerning the Papakolea Community Center. Aloha hopes to pursue entrepreneurial interests in the areas of recycling, and energy efficiency with an ear to community as a vigilant guide. Young in community service years, Aloha hopes to utilize this opportunity to live and work in the community of Papakolea to become a viable resource and capable leader for the present and the future. |
