MISSION STATEMENT

Kula no na Po’e Hawaii exists to promote multigenerational learning opportunities that instill culture diversity and sensitivity.

PURPOSE

Kula no na Po’e Hawaii will make higher education attainment a priority by resources to strengthen individuals and families.

THE LOGO

Kula’s new logo is a collaborative effort of ideas submitted by the Executive Director, President and Treasurer. Final illustration was created by Theone Kanuha and later reworked by Shaoli Lau.

The kukui symbolizes knowledge, the six symbols; three nuts and three leaves represent each member on the current board of Kula no na Po'e Hawaii. Two hands symbolizes the reach for attainment of higher education.
